"It's hard to get a good fresh donut in this town anywhere and not much of a selection. Krispy Kreme now that's a total different story great donuts and great selection."

"If I would have taken photos of the countless of time they messed up orders such as this I would be able to fill a photo album. Its either black sourdough bread or stacked donuts in a bag that has their icing completely falling off and their stale. The majority of the time the drinks are absolutely disgusting. The burnt bread is what really did it for me. Is this what you want to serve to your customers?"

"So waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru and couldn’t get out of line because of the construction. There was a makeshift sign for the menu. I did not see a speaker nor did I hear a speaker until after I had pulled up towards the window they were very busy so that was OK. I just figured I’d apologize and order at the window. The young female cashier said I’m supposed to make you go back around because you didn’t order at the speaker and I said I had to get my daughter to school. I literally did not see it. I’m sorry this is not my regular Dunkin and I don’t know how this works here cause it’s under construction. I just need a coffee and a donut. I was willing to give her money and not care about change she could’ve rung it up later, so she was kind took my money and my Order, there was a lady there with a black fleece black hair, ridiculous eyelashes, who had nothing but nasty stuff to say about me not going through the line again, and I just simply said do not yell at her. I was the one who said I wasn’t gonna go back around and she said then you should not have got served or you wouldn’t have got served and I said yeah that’s fine whatever and she continue to argue with me about i don’t even know at this point where the speaker was or how I didn’t hear a speaker who cares that’s not the point I told her to try to have a better day and she told me F you! hahaha clearly she’s a miserable person and could use a hug but the young girl at the window was amazing and she should get a raise or train the other one how to act and have manners!"

"Unfortunately lately my order has been consistently wrong. I’ve walked out of there twice with a cappuccino that only had milk in it and no espresso. Inconsistent iced coffees and disorganization among staff keeps customers waiting."

"I would like to give a huge thank you to the team at the Dunkin Donuts on Wilmington Rd. in New Castle. Their service was super. I had a large order for an event I was holding. I came in to pick it up and could see it was an extremely busy time and they had were very organized and quick as well as extremely kind. Kudos to the manager and staff!"
