"Just ordered 2 breakfast sandwich’s at North Lima Dunkin Donuts came home unwrapped 2 burnt sandwiches that looked like left overs from yesterday I’m sure they don’t care but will not be going there again threw them out how can they actually give that to anybody?"

"Had to run to get a dozen of donuts for the kids and this elf thing. When I pulled up to the drive through I wasn’t greeted with a hello, good morning, not even a welcome to Dunkin’, just a “yeah” when I pulled up to the window the employee came to the window, again not any type of greeting just the total for the order. Her and the other employee laughing intermittently at each other about something which that doesn’t bother me, but only saying this because they were obviously not just having a bad day. She hands me back my card then my donuts again not one word. And it wasn’t because they were busy, there was no one else in the drive through or the restaurant itself. (I can see why) When I got home this is Christmas Eve. morning there was not one holiday decorated donut in the box. Just an all out surprise to see such a lack of costumer service and poor social skills. I needed to get some gift cards but wasn’t going to spend another dollar at this store."

"I'm personally not a BIG FAN of "sitting doughnuts" but that is Dunkin' and the taste is still great. What I did discover though was on the counter top next to the cash register; individual slices of lemon frosting topped pound cake. These babies were TOP NOTCH!!! Even at 3.99/each THEY ARE WORTH IT !! Establishment was clean, staff was friendly, and even the restrooms were well maintained."

"It's a nice place. Doughnuts are always tasty. It's easy in and easy out of the parking lot. The folks at the counter were friendly. I want to try the "Everything stuffed bagel minis"."
