"My fiancé went to pick up a mobile order placed at 9:48AM and over an hour later it still wasn’t ready. I had to call the store because everyone ignored him at the restaurant. Once I finally got through to someone and I asked how much longer he could expect to wait I was told they are busy and refused to give a time frame. Once I asked again what I could tell him as far as a wait time they hung up on me with no answer. Everyone going to the counter was getting their orders within 5 minutes."

"I come here every morning spend between $20-$40 every morning. Unbelievable today the service was very sadly embarrassing. They treating me very bad someone who the female started taking the order did not let me know she was having someone else take the order she did not want to continue taking the order. Send someone else they also parked me. My order was at 9:47 am and it’s 10:02am one and I have not get my order. my receipt number is CHK 9612 it’s very sad to spend my money somewhere where we’re having these issues. If you don’t wanna be at work, do not work but treat the community we respect"

"Called the store and asked why I got 9 donuts, got the excuse that they were busy. I go by the store no more than 5 minutes later and not even a single car in the parking lot. Who ever the manager is, learn to own up to your mistakes and correct them. Don't blame your staff or shortage in employees. I understand why no one wants to work there if the manager is that rude, mean, and has no care about the customer. A real manager would not do that."

"Food was fresh and coffee was hot! What more could you ask for. No issues with the order, drive through was very fast for the morning and the attendant Bird was refreshing to chat with."
