"I ordered 4 donuts and 1 sandwich. I got up to the window and this lady handed me my bag of donuts and one was missing. she asked me hand the bag back to her and accused me of lying abt a JELLY DONUT. She never gave me my sandwich and then said “well you didn’t order that”. i’m pretty sure i know what i ordered… and eventually when i got my sandwich it was burnt. employees are beyond rude and need better training bc this was worst experience ever. I will only go to the dunkin 12 mins away from now on where i know i’m welcomed"

"So what’s the point of offering a free donut on Wednesdays if they don't make it valid and we ask the person serving for help and he don't try to find a solution or give us the donut, they just denied it to us so one star How sad that because they are a franchise they are not interested in keeping their loyal customers, now with Starbucks across the street why better not stop going here"

"terrible service and rude employees i think in order to work at dunkin’ donuts an attitude is required this is the second time we’ve ordered from a dunkin’ donuts and both times we’ve encountered a rude employee first our drinks were made completely wrong they were missing things we asked for and she got an attitude when i was placing my order for food she was acting like i was stupid and didn’t understand what she was saying tiffany did not have to get such an attitude with me to get her point across i’m sure her attitude will be there with every customer who walks through that door"

"Always Love Dunkin! However, I wish the frozen coffees had consistency. I never know what it's going to taste like. It's never made the same. I can't even tell if they have coffee in them. EVERYTHING else is usually delicious. I Love the sausage, egg and cheese croissants! I love the coffee muffins, pumpkin spice muffins and the headlight donuts."

"I always utilize the drive-thru when I come here. They never mess up my order. All my food orders are mad correctly & served hot. Very quick service. The staff is always polite. I have no complaints & have never had any kind of problem here."
