"I just ran in to purchase 2 Pittsburgh mugs as gifts for my houseguests. What I noticed was how dirty the store is. The floor is gross and the whole shop needs a deep clean. The sidewalk needs a power wash, too. Wondering who is responsible for store maintenance."
