"I buy 1lb bags of coffee. Fair price good product. As for the donuts...stale and VERY little, if any, toppings. Also at $1.00 each...you should be embarrassed!"
"I don’t normally write reviews because they are a waste of time, but i wanna share my experience and warn others. After having two days off I went into work on dec 8th a Friday morning and after about ten minutes on the clock I was approached by the new manager, Sarah and she brought me into the office and fired me. She didn’t give any straight answer other than what was written on paper and just keep repeating that I wasn’t suited for the position anymore and it was best to part ways. This was unfair because i worked there for a year and i never had any strikes on my record to lead to an immediate termination. I was a great employee I was on time everyday, I was willing to work anywhere, and I was planning on moving up. As you can see from the many recent reviews they are extremely unstaffed and slow, but this is how they treat the people that work for them and why they don’t have anyone to work…. As I go on I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here or visit this location anymore and I have a few reasons why. They do not care about their employees, if you had a financial situation and needed a few extra hours they would tell you “ everyone has things they need to pay for “ and to “free up your availability”, but they claim to be “flexible”. If you can only work certain hours they will not work with you and will tell you , you have to work what I need not what you want. They are to be “professional and drama” free, but when me and a good friend were talking Sarah, my manager pulled me away and told me they weren’t my friend and would bring up anyones names who weren’t there for the conversation to gossip about. Therefore, anything said in private, everyone will know. They advertise up to 19 an hour but only offer 12-16 if you’re lucky. The work environment is very hostile and not somewhere for the weak. This is the kind of place the manager doesn’t say hi, doesn’t train you, doesn’t tell you your responsibilities for the day, and only approaches you when something is wrong. Work elsewhere. Spend your money elsewhere."
"Waited in long for 10-15 minutes because this location never seems to have people working to accommodate for their stores traffic, especially in the morning. Did a mobile order pickup, finally got my food and got to work and they didn’t put all my food in the bag. There is a phone number listen but no one answers it so you can’t speak to anyone at the location. Hashbrowns and bagels is all I got and somehow couldn’t make it all into my bag. Have to call customer service in order to speak to someone and now have to wait 5-14 business days to get a refund for the food they didn’t put in the bag. Completely ridiculous. Don’t list a phone number to call your store if it’s either not going to be answered or it’s for something else since all it did was ask for an access code. Hire people so you can actually best serve your customers on their way to work in the morning. And the store should have to issue an immediate refund, not make someone wait up to two weeks for their money. Worst location I have ever been to."
"I really hate to complain about donuts but I can never get anything fresh from this location. Just bought a whole dozen for my team members and most said they were stale . The donuts are $6 anymore so I want to get fresh donuts if I paying $1 a donut. all the employees here are very friendly and I receive good service but the donuts suck all the time. It was 10am not 4:pm"
"What trash I don’t know who the man is working there but he’s dryer than the donut he gave me with absolutely no filling in it and had the audacity to be ignorant to us when we asked for a different one . Like ew on top of that they had no basic donuts. I will never in life go back to this one ever. I literally laughed at this whole encounter what a joke"
