"Got 1/2 dozen donuts while I was in the area. Surprised at the selection available so late in the day. I’m going to regret a small latte at 7pm but it was very good and drinkable in minutes because it wasn’t too hot."

"I went to get coffee and donut for dad, who is in a nursing home. The drive thru was busy, so I went inside so I could pick the donut dad liked. Waiting for two people ahead of me, the staff had a small sign, registers down for walk-ins, but people waiting for orders and people sitting down at tables. Why couldn't they use the drive-thru register. I know of 4 people leaving to buy elsewhere."

"This morning a gentleman named Ray was in drive thru. I ordered a summer feature that they really don’t offer anymore but are still able to make. (Iced Turtle Latte) I got to the window and I was pumped to use my Dunkin rewards that I have been saving for like forever. Well since it’s no longer a featured drink my points don’t convert to a premium sip. And I was like oh really. That’s a bummer. I went to pull out my wallet and he said don’t worry about it! Enjoy your drink on me. And I said are you sure? He said absolutely! This Dunkin is ALWAYS so busy.. line around the parking lot and they are always getting things moving. So for him to just pause and do that for me today, meant so much! He didn’t know I was having a really hard morning and to be as generous as he was, meant the world to me! We need more Rays out there to just be kind and understanding! Not saying we need free things, but that has never happened to me and I wanted to show my gratitude! Thank you for being so great and taking the time to see me as a customer not just a number!!"

"Well my loyalty card got hacked. Called Dunkin and they said I have to take it up with my credit card company. So not only was all my credit card information stolen, but also $40 of my Dunkin reload. All they said was “sorry for the inconvenience.” So I lost $40 and have to change all credit card information all over getting mealy rewards. I’ve had my loyalty card for 5+ years. And customer service hung up on me when trying to sort this out. You’ve lost a customer for life."

"Do yourself a favor and wait in the drive-through line in the morning no matter how long it is. I went inside for that reason. I was the only person in line and was ignored for about 10 minutes. I got the managers attention, and asked if I should just wait in the drive-through line. She told me no and turned back around to take another drive-through order. I got mad at that and said I'm just gonna leave then. Everybody makes mistakes, but when it's brought to someone's attention, it shouldn't be ignored."
