"Did a pre order on the app this am and headed to DD on Chestnut St, waited in line, then sat at the speaker for 8 minutes with no contact before driving around to the window, waited another 5 minutes behind one car. The girl at the window asked if we had an order on the app, we told her yes and gave her my name. She handed us our drinks and a bag. Had to ask for our donuts, which she went back for. No apology for the wait or anything. When we drove away we realized our food was not right(we got a wrap instead of an English muffin) but at that point we weren’t going back and waiting any longer. All three sandwiches/wraps tasted like soap, my latte was luke warm at best and there was hardly any icing on the donuts. Worst trip to a DD I’ve ever had. We will venture to the other side of town/out of the way from now on if we want DD."

"I normally never have an issue here, but today I ordered a coffee through doordash paying $20. I have a usual that I get every time. I NEVER complain. Today the coffee I got didn't even taste like coffee. It was dark brown, tasted burnt, and had a HORRIBLE aftertaste. The manager was amazing and took care of me with no problem, but the faces and ignorant comments by one worker were EXTREMELY inappropriate and unnecessary. Again, I NEVER complain. I had to find a ride to have it replaced. If you mess someone's order up, take responsibility and deal with it. Don't be rude in return. Mistakes happen. If I pay $20 for my coffee, I expect it to be what I order."

"Sadly I come to location pretty much every day to grab a coffee over the past 2 years. Might have to change which location I go to though.. the latest crew they have working here is awful. I order ahead on the app, but still takes a solid 15-20 minutes…FOR A COFFEE!!! Then the dude that works the window can’t even say sorry for the wait..or at least thank you. I’ll say thank you, have a good day, and won’t even get a reaction from him. Shouldn’t it be the other way around?? Pretty sure he needs to go. Place ain’t been the same since Alice left…..this crew today shouldn’t be working in the service industry… Garbage. Oh, didn’t mention quality yet. $6.23 for a hot macchiato … it’s cold…absolutely 100% not even warm…it’s cold. And god forbid if you want a certain doughnut..they’ll probably be out of the one you want.. Save yourself the time.. I recommend Murtland ave or Racetrack rd. BRING BACK ALICE!!!!!"

"I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is so friendly in the morning when I come for my coffee. The drive-thru runs pretty well, even on mornings when there are a lot of people making their Dunkin run."

"I got a toasted croissant sausage n egg sandwich. It was so burned. I couldn't eat it at all! The croissant was burnt... the sausage and egg were freezing cold! When you pay for something you should get what you ordered! It made me so sick! I'll never go there again"
