"This Starbucks is horrible lately, they never have anything in stock. Grilled cheese? Out of them all the time. Yesterday I waited all day with sore throat just to go there and get a medicine ball and when I was finally able to go I was so excited, and they were out of one of the teas needed to make it. I said ok.. well can I just get some other kind of tea? They said we don’t really have that… I said ok, well I just need something hot, do you have gingerbread latte? No we are having a company-wide shortage of that. Wow Starbucks seriously? Do better."

"so yesterday afternoon, which was 7 2 23, I drove through the Starbucks, drive-through and ordered as usual and then pulled up to the window and I asked the person to scan to see if it will take any points or not and then I handed the cash and I noticed a little bit of an attitude, so then I got my change back thinking everything was OK and this person had the meanest and hardcore judge mental look on their face and I told them to have a nice day, and they stared at me and completely ignored me. Rude as hell."
