"Avoid this mess. When we got to the register, there was a sign that they were only taking mobile orders and they weren't serving any food. Really?!? Went to DD's. Good service and food. They had ten times the business of Starbucks. I wonder why."

"There’s never enough employees working here. You need to hire more people on a regular basis, these drinks are subpar and I feel bad for the people that actually do show up. "Ordered on the app. Waited almost 40mins to get 2 iced coffees. Employees were doing the best they could but simply wasn’t enough help for a Friday morning when most people are traveling. Would of been much happier if I was at least offered a free coffee or something for the wait."
