"An amazing store & experience. I had gotten my 1st pair of diabetic shoes last year from a different store & wasn’t entirely happy. I went today to Shoester’s & it was amazing! I was measured & it turned the shoes I had were not the correct size. I have neuropathy & can’t feel my feet which makes it difficult to tell. The shoes I got today made a huge difference. I was walking much better & the orthotics fit perfectly. They have a wide variety of stylish shoes & most are in stock. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which I’ll happily wait for. If you’re on Medicare they’ll process the paperwork for you. I highly recommend them!"

"From an environmental standpoint, it is better to fix what you have rather than replace and buy new. So when the zipper on my boot broke and they were able to fix it up for $18. Now its as good as new."

"Great customer service! When we walked in we were greated by a very friendly staff! We were looking for a specific shoe for my daughter for Catholic school. They tried everything for us, but nothing fit. I am of course last minute with school starting Tuesday and thought I would have to go to another store to get it done in time, about 40 minutes away:( The owner stepped in and was awesome. He actually GAVE us another pair of shoes for school because his shipment for the shoe we wanted wouldn't be in in time. Wow! If you want quality service and quality shoes... this is the place! Very impressed and will be a life long customer!"

"UPDATE: My wife was personally contacted by the owner the next day to apologize for our experience, and he offered to make things right which impressed me very much. Because the owner obviously cares about his business and customers I am changing my review to five stars, and would recommend them to anyone. Went there looking for school shoes. A man, very professional looking was helping another customer when we walked in. He never acknowledged we were there. "No hello, be with you in a moment", nothing, just looked at us and kept on talking to the woman. An older man comes out of the back, he looked like the maintenance guy, and asks "what do we want?" He was completely rude and condescending to my wife, and my kids. We made an excuse to leave, and walked out of the store. The other guy was still chatting up the woman at the counter. Still didn't say anything to us."
