"Staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to get what I came in for. But, this store looks like it was hit by a tornado, and quite frankly it has looked this way for years. The fact that the merchandise looks so poorly organized almost made me question whether or not some of the shoes I saw had been returned and placed back on the shelf."

"Had a 10 dollar bonus card I got for Christmas. Was hoping to use it for my Cat boots purchase. Very expensive. Cashier wouldn’t activate it as it “doesn’t start until 12.31” in Another two days. Absolute disgrace. Do not shop here. They will not do anything for you!"

"A couple weeks ago during the week, I was in the store and was looking for a pair of shoes when I brought an empty box to an employee and said hey I think someone took these. He just told me to put the box back. I will say they have pretty good sticker sales in the back!"

"I worked at this place for a year and I have to say that although they have a lot of shoes, some of the shoes are there all the time (Usually athletic and men's dress). That's not a bad thing. I've bought the same shoe twice about a year apart because I loved them so much. The woman's sandals/boots and the women's dress change often and are cycled with the seasons. I don't know a whole lot about shoes outside what I had to know, but the shoes they sell are fairly priced, if not better. The VIP program allows for people to get rewards and coupons, which allows for even lower prices. The one thing I should tell people is that if you find a coupon that you got a while ago, check the fine print before you go into the store. The first sentence on the fine print shoes the valid through date. I've had plenty of customers come in because they had a coupon, only to find that it was expired. All in all, DSW is a pretty good store if you are in the need for shoes, or just desire nice shoes for a good price."

"A lot of there shoes are not in the right place so when head to the register a different price rings up. And even when you show the employee where you got the shoes they insist that it was in the wrong place. This employee proceed to tell me of the location where shoe was supposed to be underneath a empty plexiglass sign, this isn't the first time this has happened. No apologies no sorry for the inconveniences nothing. And don't get me started with the bathroom I had to beg for toilet paper for which the employee reluctantly got me some. But you can see what condition their bathroom is in in the photos that I have posted."
