"My daughter’s dentist recommended this place as she split a root canal and needed a wisdom tooth removed. She was in severe pain and the dentist office told us they’d get her in quickly. Tried calling twice the day she came home to set up an appointment and kept getting a voicemail. Called again today and first got the voicemail again then sat on hold for 45 minutes. Wound up making an appointment at another office. Not sure what the problem is at this place but it shouldn’t be this difficult to make an appointment especially when a patient is in severe pain."

When I arrived for my appointment, Colleen greeted me with a smile and assisted with check-in/billing. As the first appointment of the day, I had virtually zero wait time and was quickly brought back for x-rays and surgical prep. The entire medical staff was friendly, professional, and patient. Everything was clearly explained and I was never made to feel confused or uncomfortable during the visit. Dr. Kienle worked quickly and talked through the steps of the procedure as it was happening. I received a follow-up call the day after the procedure and the staff took the time to address all of my concerns. Overall, I could not have asked for a smoother experience. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone in need."

"Arrived early, but was taken late. One doctor for today to see all the patients. The girls at the front desk were very busy today. They were nice, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was very nice, he will be doing my surgery. His name is Dr. Gun. I remember being in this office nine years ago and at the time everyone was nice. I would recommend."
