Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

"Sorry I am late in submitting this review but my opinions have not changed regarding Ivy Rehab. I love Ivy Rehab!!!!! Their staff is incredible! First of all, my physical therapist, Monica is "one of a kind!!!" Fantastic in every way! Not only did she do the best job with my physical therapy, but I always looked forward to interacting with her because she always had great positive things to say regarding my Therapy progress. She always made me feel special which I loved. She also has a great sense of humor which I adored and dealing with me she really had to have one. Kudos to Monica!!!!!!!!!! I also enjoyed interacting with Jeannie, Brian, Jordan, and Nancy. They all did a great job in assisting me and they have such a great sense of humor!!! I felt so comfortable in their presence. If I ever need physical therapy in the future I pray that it will be at Ivy Rehab in Hillsborough, NJ. Kudos to Ivy Rehab & staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I was quite impressed with the receptionist, Nicole, who from what I observed is very extraordinary in the way she operates. Not only is she is so very thorough in her work assignments and goes beyond the call of duty, but she is also so very welcoming with a great sense of humor also as is the rest of the staff at Ivy Rehab. Kudos to Nicole!!!!"

"I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the phone service I received when I recently called to try and make an appointment. As a patient seeking treatment, I had hoped for a more accommodating and customer-oriented experience. I called with the intention of scheduling an appointment for physical therapy. However, the conversation I had with the individual who answered the phone left much to be desired. The employee who took my call appeared disinterested and unhelpful. I felt rushed and as though my concerns were not being heard. Furthermore, the employee did not offer any alternative options or suggest any potential openings in the future."

"Ivy Rehab in Hillsborough is a fantastic facility! I've been going there for rehab following knee replacement surgery, and I can't say enough about how Melvia Scott and her team manage to provide a totally professional experience while also creating a warm, welcoming one! The care is first rate, they provide personal, one-on-one treatment, and really give useful information and updates regularly, and always when requested. Would recommend 100% to anyone in need of their services!"
