"Jacklyn Yee is a wonderful Physical Therapist, she first asks and evaluates every single symptom/pain the client feels on each circumstance ; she figures out the plan after. Very knowledgeable and empathetic, she uses the time as efficiently as possible and follows up all the plan before and after each session. She will try to know the patient as much as possible to understand behavior and habits. Very happy with Jacklyn. We would like all the PT’s are like her."

"I recently had bi lateral carpal tunnel surgery and I asked my hand surgeon if I can do physical therapy because of the line of work I do I needed to build strength in my hands. He recommended Nova Care and my therapist is Lori who is absolutely amazing. From day one she put my hands to work. When I started therapy I couldn’t even open a jar and now I can open jars and do my normal daily housework and carry my grocery bags. I had a couple days where I experienced some sharp pains and next time I met with Lori I expressed my concerns and she explained it was all perfectly normal being I’m so fresh from surgery and in due time it should subside. Everyone from the receptionist to the other therapist in the office are all very personable friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone considering doing therapy. I am so glad I did. I am even continuing therapy even after returning to work only so I can continue work on building my strength. Thank you again Lori for helping me get my strength back!!!"
