"Made appointment and afternoon before appointment I get a call that the therapist's computer is broken so will not be able to see me tomorrow. Told that thearapist will "circle around to make another appointment. Not even told delay to next week.guess that I do not deserve a 24 hour notice that they require themselves and I see how they treat clients. No thanks"

"This is a chain and they use counselors not real therapists. The counselor suggested to my child that it was their choice for therapy. Totally unprofessional!"
