"They are not very hands on with the children. They do not update parents on what goes on in session or how the child is doing in session. They leave it up to the parents to go out of their way to contact them to find out what’s going on, which in my personal opinion is ridiculous seeing as they are being paid to perform a service. It feels like they are taking the lazy way out of doing their jobs fully. My son learned something inappropriate from another member. When brought to their attention Bridgette became snarky and snide. She tried to discredit that it was learned in her facility. Overall if I could give this place 0 stars I would. My son has attended the practice for almost 9 months and I have not seen any improvements. Entirely unhelpful, and the woman running it is rude."
