"The front office staff is delightful and a pleasure to deal with.Try not to lose sight of this is a business and they have rules which they have to follow. They aren't there to kiss your back side or make you feel better yourself or take your abusive attitude. So be respectful and courteous to them. They are really kind. I am highly pleased with my psychiatric nurse practioner. He is sharp and spends more than 2 minutes with unlike most doctors. He genuinely cares and more importantly listens. I have experienced the office running late and I understand why. Someone needed extra time and attention or someone is in crisis. If I end up needed that , it's nice to know it's there for me and I won't be blown off"

"I've had a very good experience. The doctor did not have to take my case but he did. And I felt human for once dealing with the medical field. I'm grateful for him. The staff is also very nice. I like it here."

"Terrible experience. Take the 2 star rating for what its worth. Dont waste your time or money. Front desk hardly ever answers the phone. These people are lazy, unprofessional and irresponsible. After telling me my insurance approved, I received bills for over $500 because they were billing the wrong department. I called back several times to give them the information that they already had and I continued to receive bills and warnings that they were going to send me to collections. I can go on and on with several incidents that occurred but they don't give enough space to do so. Look how the owner replys to the reviews. Pitiful"

"I tried to ignore the other reviews but I wish I had not. This was the only Doc that would give me an Apt and now I see why they had openings. The staff asked me to show up 45 minutes early to fill out all of the paperwork. The paperwork needed less than 10 minutes to complete. After I was in the waiting room for about 2 hours they finally took the person before me back. After 2.5 hours they took me back and I was able to speak with the Doc. While trying to provide details to answer the Doctor's question he told me I talked too much and patients like that was the reason he was so far behind. (paraphrased)"
