"I was referred to physical therapy due to an issue with my shoulder. I needed something that fit in with my work schedule. While I contacted another rehab facility they initially did not want to schedule me as they had problems getting paid by my insurance, however their therapy rates were somewhat reasonable. Having been referred to Strive which is part of Virtua I decided to just go there. The good. All the staff were really nice and accomodating to my schedule. I was examined as to my limitations and given exercises to do at home aside from the additional exercises I would do in office. The okay. Most of my time spent there I would preform my additional exercises unsupervised. The ugly. When you walk in you are informed you are being billed as an outpatient hospital expense. The bills I saw submitted to my insurance company were ridiculous and people wonder why insurance is so high. Had I know this in advance I would have gone elsewhere and paid less out of pocket."

"I couldn’t be happier with my experience at here at Strive Physical Therapy. The facility is very clean and organized. All of the staff was very kind. My Physical Therapist was named Kyle. From beginning to end Kyle was thoughtful, knowledgeable, encouraging, and down to earth. This place is just so wonderful. I’m very grateful for the care they give here!!"

"After falling, hurting my knee and using crutches for a few weeks, my orthopedist suggested I try physical therapy. I was not really looking forward to that since my previous experiences with physical therapy were more like torture than help. This place is different. I went online to request an appointment and someone called me back within a couple of hours, if not less. I was able to schedule a consultation immediately and for a time that worked for me, which was at 7:00am. After the consultation, I scheduled my 4 weeks ahead of time. They were so accommodating that they let me schedule my sessions at 7:00am, even though the therapist had other patients at that time. I like the fact that I see the same therapist, Kyle, every time. Everyone that I have encountered at this facility, from the front desk to the therapists and the assistants, are more than competent, caring, understanding and friendly. I don't think I would have made so much progress without their help. I highly recommend Strive in Burlington. I am hoping to never need physical therapy again, but if I do, I would definitely return."

This facility is attractive, clean, well organized with easy access and parking. The other therapists seem to also give competent and considerate care to their clients. The general atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. This provider is among the best I have been treated by with all staff appearing to be conscientious and well trained.
