"I was a tangled mess (inside and out) when I stumbled into Tom’s yoga class at Kula in Stanhope, NJ at the beginning of this year. I was looking to ease my mental and physical ailments, but as a forever skeptic I was dubious I’d find the right teacher and massage therapist all in one building. I quickly saw the light at the end of tunnel after just a few classes and then my first treatment. I wish I had before and after photos to show the noticeable physical improvements my body has undergone since getting monthly body work/ massage and attending Tom’s weekly yoga classes. Playing guitar everyday for over two decades has taken a toll on my body, but through Tom’s extensive knowledge of anatomy and thorough treatments I have a range of motion in my shoulders that I didn’t think would be possible ever again. His enthusiasm for my progress shows me how much he cares for his students and clients. Not only has Tom’s treatments and classes aided my corporeal struggles, but his vast proficiency of eastern and western philosophy (which he shares in a comprehensive and playful manner) has provided emotional and mentally healing for me as well.
