"I paid my copay on the date of service in July 2019. In March 2020 I received a bill for my copay, I called on that date and mailed, along with my statement, proof of payment from my bank. In April I received another statement and I once again called and was told this would be sent to a supervisor. It's May and I received another bill. This place has NO IDEA what they are doing. AVOID AVOID AVOID."

"I like my provider but the hours I can be seen are very limited. The most frustrating thing is lack of communication, I have called in for a refill between appts and no onc ever calls me to say it's approved and was sent to pharmacy , I also needed a letter sent to my GP (who is now going to assume my medication refills because I am stable and it's just too hard for me to make appts without missing a half day of work) I have asked for this 2x - no one has called me back to say it's ok and we sent it or anything for that matter. I have been having to play phone tag with this office and my GP to coordinate a SIMPLE letter being sent. The good thing that have come out of this practice for me has been they did really help me get on the right meds and my therapist Shantell was great and very helpful to getting me on the path to better mental health. Unfortunately the difficulty in schedule accommodation and the lack of response back from the office is enough for me to seek mental health care elsewhere."

"My psychiatrist is very personable. She is both knowledgeable and compassionate, helping me to manage life as well as possible. Having said that, the practice is ultimately a business. It runs on business principles, and acts accordingly. The psychiatrists are not the business; they are the ones that offer treatment options and follow up and tweak to help me manage life well."

"Very questionable practice. My doctor was changed without informing me that he would even be leaving the practice, and then was replaced by a man who began changing around my prescriptions that I had been taking for a long time that in which I had found balance, to psychological medications that left me with psych issues that I am still recovering from to this day. Needless to say after that I promptly left the practice in search for treatment elsewhere."

"I would not encourage anyone to be seen at this practice. I should have taken it as a sign when they informed me several doctors have resigned with in the matter of weeks. But instead I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Now I didn't expect a massive traffic jam and being given the wrong address that would make me late. I kept the secretary well informed of what was taking place only to show up and the doctor refuse to see me! Not because there was another patient waiting or a booked appointment. He was in his office fiddling around with paper work!!! One would expect to be seen by another doctor or given an appointment as soon as possible NO! The next appointment wasn't available for two weeks which is absolutely absurd when I scheduled this appointment in mid June. When providing patient care a doctor should be compassionate,empathetic and understanding. You have no idea what it took to for me be able to receive these services and to be shunned is horrible."
