"Doctor is ok I always feel rushed in doctor appointments and I can never get staff on the phone to get my medication I saw my doctor almost a month ago and I have yet to get my medication. Every time I call it goes to voicemail and if I leave a voicemail I never get a phone call back."

"This was the best mental health facility I was treated at while living in Lehigh County. It took a while to switch from another practice to theirs, but once I did, I was in good hands. Dr. Lirag was the best psychiatrist I had to date. (Still looking for one in Philly right now, but being treated by PCP currently) Once he realized and confirmed in his opinion that I needed the treatment I had received in the past, he even improved upon it, and I am now as stable as I can be with my condition. My therapist Allison was awesome, but she left HH, and I actually cried. I had never received such caring treatment before. My next therapist was not nearly as good, but at least she was kind and caring."

"Sometimes you have to be patient and they will get around to you . I waited 5 months when my therapist left . Thank god I got a good one , but I went from 1hr session to now 40 minutes . 1hr is not enough yet alone 40 mins. Nevertheless, I’m grateful for Haven house as long as I’m alive I think I will continue going, however; that’s now another issue my therapist can’t see me much in person and I don’t like the phone therapy I don’t trust the privacy I feel I’m being recorded . I miss Mrs. Leslie, I will never get a therapist like her again Godbless her where ever she’s at and May god allow her to prevail in all her Endeavors..Haven house you rock . "Hunted down at Allentown shelter and threatened by HH/ THRIVE worker "Sean". "Quit calling! Stop complaining or we'll discharge your *" This was done to a fellow client of the Thrive team and myself on 8/3/2021 after calling HH to inform them a client had no way to access his prescribed medications. My peer had been stranded by THRIVE team in a shelter that was under 24/7 lockdown policy. The client's services had not been properly coordinated and they had no option or ability to leave in order to work in order to pay for his life sustaining and psychiatric medications out of pocket. Frankly, the man was too physically ill to do this, even if he had been allowed to leave the shelter to do so. I had simply given him the Thrive team's contact information so he could inform them he did not have his medications. After we were threatened, the THRIVE supervisor refused to address the situation. I then attempted to contact through messages left on direct lines of the Haven House supervisor and Executive director. They had ignored my every attempt to contact them for months regarding incident. Shortly after, I was discharged for "non-compliance with treatment". I received a conflicting narrative in an email from Northampton County Mental Health stating Haven house claimed the reason I had been discharged was because I called the office attempting to have this issue addressed. It took months of repeated attempts for me to receive my discharge paperwork, though it was sent to other organizations immediately. I was recently informed that Haven House has an official grievance process. I sent the grievance in an email to the executive director and the quality assurance officer. Executive director emailed me back half an hour later that she had "conducted an internal investigation and will address the issues". Very, very fast... I'm currently waiting to be informed of what proper procedures are for handling grievances and when I will be receiving a formal response. Neglect, exploitation, abuse, submission of false documentation to external agencies including insurance companies, withholding of information, failing to inform clients of grievance procedures."
