"The only benefit of this business is medication management. If you need your prescription refilled easily and fast, and that’s it, this is a good option. However, the front desk staff is always horrible, one time they made me cry when I tried to schedule an appointment. Also, the therapists do not care about you and will actively make your mental health worse, but you need to speak to them every couple of months so they can update your paperwork. Be prepared to have to be mentally strong for a few days as you interact with the people there."

"Been trying to get help since August threw this company. Therapists refuse to schedule appointments, laugh at you. And then can't see you for a month. Like really people. That's not helping someone cope with loss and ptsd. Redco is a joke, needs new hierarchy and emoloyees. Steer clear and look elsewhere"

"They could careless if you live or you die. They do not care about your mental health. They DISCHARGED my case WITHOUT my knowledge. No phone call, no letter. NOTHING! Call to schedule an appointment and being told I have to wait a YEAR to be seen again"

"I would give zero stars if I could. The only reason they even get one star is because the ladies at the front desk were usually very nice. Not only was the Dr HORRIBLE, but she refused to listen to a a single thing I said and would cut me off when I tried to talk to her about what was going on with me. It got to the point where I even had an appointment to have the head guy sit in on one of our appointments, but conveniently, the morning of the appointment, I got a call from them saying I’d have to have my appointment over the phone because Main Street was closed for a parade or something. I never heard from the head guy again and continued to get horrible treatment from the dr. My therapist wasn’t terrible I guess, but she also did absolutely NOTHING to help me. I could’ve gotten the same results calling one of my friends. I left this place in worse shape than I went in. PLEASE save yourself the time and aggravation and don’t go here. They’re horrible."

"Would give it nothing if I could, the therapists there manipulate you by telling you they’ll talk about what you want to talk about and see you regularly then flake. Instead of taking time to help you they rather stuff you full of meds and put you in their programs….that is if you can even reach them on the phone….0/10"
