"Amazing and attentive staff, they called to confirm the appointment. The office was clean and organized. The hygienist was very detailed and took her time to clean my teeth and made sure to not go too rough. She could tell when to slow down. The Dr himself was an actual interactive human being. Many times doctors are very monotone and don’t have a normal conversation. He had a great personality and walked through my dental visit and how everything looked. Great bedside manner. This is my go to dental place. Highly recommend 10/10"

"I’m sure that the dentist is great, but the receptionist, Alex, is incredibly rude. I was so incredibly excited to come here based on good reviews. They had called around 2:30 to confirm a 5:30 appointment. When I didn’t answer the call, i got a text saying I’d have to reschedule. I misread the previous texts saying to confirm, so I was wrong there. I will admit that, my bad. However, I called back as soon as I got that text to reschedule and they said call back at 5 and they should be able to still get me in. So I left work early so that i could be there at 5:20 for my 5:30 appointment. At 5 I called again and the other nice girl asked when I’d be there. I said 5:20 she said no problem. So I finished my half hour drive. As I’m pulling up to the office I get another call. It was 5:19 at this time, so I picked it up and Alex answered saying that they wanted to make sure that I was coming and see when i’d be there . The third phone call today. I was outside of the building, before I said I would be. Of course, I was upset at this point. So, I said “are you kidding”. I was there at 5:20 in the parking lot, again, like I said I would be. She got such an attitude with me for that. I drove half an hour to be there. Me saying that I would’nt have driven all that way if they had just told me that they might not be able to fit me in she considered “freaking out” especially after I said I wasn’t mad at her, but just annoyed at the situation. She came back and screamed at me that they hadn’t canceled it yet. Meaning they would have me sit in the waiting room until they closed to then tell me that they couldn’t fit me in. I raised my voice and told her to just cancel the appointment. I’d have been ok with them saying they couldn’t get me in if it weren’t for her. Once again this is not a review of the dentist or the procedures themselves, but this is to inform new patients of my experience getting there so that they don’t have to go through that too."

"Dr. Raissi was awesome. He drilled two cavities for me so quickly and i didn’t feel any pain at all. Everybody at the office is extremely kind. I would recommend getting work done here or even coming here just for a cleaning."

"Went there to get Veneers. The staff is incredibly professional, respectful and organized. I went and saw Dr.Karim, he was very flexible and easy to work with , he listened to what i wanted attentively, was very considerate and sincere. He gave me his recommendations and the final product surpassed my expectations. He walked me through the entire process and did not leave me wondering or guessing, i knew exactly what was going to happen throughout the entire process. Could not ask for a better experience.
