"This place let myself and my family down. The doctor failed to understand or believe the true circumstances, so my children and myself will be forever scarred by the counseling. Two out of five stars, because my daughter tried to commit suicide after PeaceTree counseling, but thankfully didn't succeed."

"To start things off. I was told by the administration that they take my insurance, and when I asked what my rates would be they said my insurance covers it fully, and or it would be around $40 per session. That however was not the case, but I was only made aware after my session was complete. They then said it would be $130 for the first session, and $114 for each additional session. $130 was a lot for an admission/diagnostic session—especially since it only lasted 30 mins total. The therapist got in almost 15 mins late and ended it at the 45 min mark when apparently I have an hour session reserved. When asked why my rates changed she said there was an issue with my insurance. I asked her to wait before charging my card and that I will reach out to my insurance since they didn’t seem to care. She said absolutely and that she will wait to run my card. After NOT EVEN a day of “waiting” my card was hit for $245 dollars. Go to betterhelp it was a much better experience and a heck of a lot cheaper and they actually seemed to care about you unlike PeaceTree. I would give half stars if it were possible."

"Horrible experience after being referred to this chop shop by my exes insurance for co-parenting assistance! These people are predominantly women and have no desire to help foster equal and fair practices of co-parenting! Avoid these hacks at all costs!!"
