"Office administration is awful. Don’t pick up the phone, always get voice mail. Sometimes they don’t call you back and you need to call multiple times. I canceled an appointent only to have them call me, on the day of the appointment and ask where I was. Felt like cattle in that environment and seemed very unprofessional. They need to clean up their act. It’s bad."

"The staff was great and everything went smoothly with getting approval from health insurance. They helped my daughter understand the process of getting braces put on and answered all of her questions. My only complaint is the sitting area is very uncomfortable. They could atleast spring for seat cushions for those hard benches. I think for the next appointment I'll bring my own cushion to sit on. Other than that I am happy with the service my daugter and I received."
