"I have been calling the Lane Ave Chico's store all day today and the number keeps having a messaage: "Please call back the number cannot be reached at this time". I double checked the number on Google and after hours of this I called the WHBM store which I frequent just a few doors down & asked if the store had closed, and the clerk at WHBM indicated that the Chico's store was still open and there should be someone there. If someone could get a hold of them I would love to find out if they had a "Tall" in a pair of pants I just ordered to exchange and I would rather know before driving all the way from the north end of town in Powell!"
"I just went to this store today. There were two clerks, one trainee and one other customer. Not one clerk greeted or even looked at me. I walked around the store a couple of times and was holding a blouse to try on. I know they saw me because I complemented the other customer trying on a dress in front of a clerk. I’m not sure if the area is so wealthy that they only cater to their regular customers. I was prepared to buy the blouse but under the circumstances, I will probably never return to that particular Chicos!"
