"I normally do not leave reviews especially when it’s a negative one. However, I feel my recent experience warranted a review. When I got to the store, the girls said their usual hellos and was not really helpful after that. I did not mind because this is how most experiences are these days at various departmental stores. The negative experience occurred when I went to check my things out. She requested for a phone number and since I had not shopped there in the US, I proceeded to sign up for their VIP offers. After everything was completed, she started explaining the offer to me. I got distracted and had assumed it was a credit card and I kindly told her I will pass. With a confused look on her face, she acted as if I was speaking a foreign language...kept asking me to repeat what I was saying. At this point, she became very condescending and spoke to me in a manner unfit for anybody. I decided to accept the offer anyways because I wanted to leave the place. This lady then shoved my things to me and did not even bother to place them in a bag. I did not have the energy to ask her for one and took them with the intention of NOT returning there ever."
