"The therapists are great, but as a business stay away. They NEVER get back to you in a timely manner. Their business practices are suspect and will simply bill you the full amount if your insurance changes even if you add the new information in their portal. It's a shame the business runs like this especially in a time where people need the mental health professional. They will rip you off and not think twice. Look elsewhere if you can, especially since we can all do virtual sessions these days."

She is not an approved provider for my insurance, but she worked with me to get the information my insurance company requested so I could get reimbursed for a portion of the visits. "This place is terrible. It takes forever to get an answer on anything. There's no receptionist so you contact rge counselor through email and hope they get back to you in time. I have an appointment coming up and sent an email a week ago and I've heard nothing but crickets. I will be looking into a new counselor because this one is useless"
