"I had a massage here by Roxanne awhile ago while my sciatica was at an all time high. I tried chiropractic before but to no avail. I decided to see what a massage therapist could do, as i have never tried before, and she was recommended to me by one of the top massage schools in the area when i called to get an appointment there but were all booked up. She took the time to really get to know me before hand and my daily physical demands. She even took note of how I postured while sitting which shows how complete and thorough she is. She gave a complete body massage as to not cause imbalances as she said but gave special attention to wear i needed it. It was nice to learn a bit about the body, and she explained to me why she worked certain areas as apposed to others. The massage itself was pure bliss, and though I can't compare as it was really my first massage, but I could feel her expertise through her hands. She definitely knew what she was doing. I guess my issues were most likely from a tight piriformis which i thought was really interesting, near the glute. After the massage my symptoms reduced dramatically. In a few days I was back to the gym and doing usual routine. Now I take more time to stretch my butt muscles after the gym so it doesn't squeeze my nerve. I thought she was so helpful. Don't wait until age 32 to get your first massage! Get one now and get one here."
