"I called Thriveworks to find a therapist that took my insurance, and I was pleased to hear that I could get in with a therapist in just a day or two! At another practice, I was on the wait list for 10+ months. I spoke to Pam on the phone to get set up, and she was very kind and helpful in answering the questions I had. I only had an intake and one therapy session with Nastassja Hanna (virtual). She was very kind and gives great advice. Unfortunately, I have to switch to another practice because of insurance reasons, but I had a great experience here."
"If I could give this place 0 STARS I would . I am furious . My son is a new client, he didn’t even see a counselor and this place gave me hell! First appointment, the office tells me his counselor cancelled when she didn’t! I missed work and my son missed school for nothing. They then reschedule him for the next day with a different counselor at 930am. She reaches out at 942am saying she needs to cancel. So not only did I miss another day of work and my son missing school, she cancelled well after the appointment should’ve started. And every single time I called, there’s a new person answering and what makes it worst- NOTHING WAS NOTED. So they are covering their own behinds, but I have no proof to cover mine! Then she says you may wanna call billing to make sure you’re not charged for the cancellations! Like WHAT. I didn’t cancel, your office and counselors did!!! I wish they would bill me, I will be getting a lawyer !!! This is ABSURD!!!"
"I used to work with Kelly O'Hanlon and I am a better person because of it. She is one of the most caring, intentional and understanding therapists that I've ever had the pleasure of observing. She goes into each case judgment free and eager to help. It's not easy being a therapist but Kelly handled the stress gracefully. If I opened my own practice, Kelly would be my first call."
"Kelly O’Hanlon is such a fantastic therapist! She is so energetic and invested in her clients! She has all the tips and tools to get my son’s anxiety under control. She is engaging and helped notice him to take action. We could not have come this far without her!"
"Horrible Experience. I signed up because I was struggling and looking for a virtual therapist. The first session was ok. However the next sessions, my therapist seemed distracted, disinterested and I felt I had to engage her to get her advice. I also noticed she confused me with other patients. Our last session didn’t go so well We had a heated disagreement which ended abruptly . She said she would reach out to schedule an appointment, which she never did Very unprofessional. I was open to using a different therapist, but Thriveworks advised I would have to find another therapist through their network. Well What am I paying for? I can search for a therapist through my insurance network for free. A lot of their resources/videos they advertise you can find on YouTube, not to mention my co pays were $100. It was a waste of money which I got nothing out of."
