We are a full-service community mental health center serving residents of central and southern Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, and beyond. Our agency offers a wide range of behavioral health services through organized facilities in Hazleton and Nanticoke, as well as in the community. We adhere to recovery principles and provide services to all citizens of lower Luzerne County regardless of age or behavioral difficulty. Walter Matthew T is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and complies with all federal, state, and county regulations. Our services include Assertive Community Team (ACT) and Forensic Assertive Community Team (FACT) programs, with operating hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Tuesdays until 8:00 PM.
