"Awful, called this place on March 10. 2022 to schedule an appt for my son, I spoke with the receptionist via telephone and I believe the owner via email. The receptionist took all my info, and what was the reasoning of making an appt, after the conversation she said that someone will get back to me with an appt, she told me about a week. So on Monday march 21st I still haven't heard anything so I call and leave a message to return my phone call. March 29th rolls around still no call, so I call once again and left another message. It is now April 5th and still no phone call. Awful customer service. Thank you for being so inconsiderate, not even a phone call back. Shame on this company"

"I really enjoyed seeing Lori but was devastated in January 2020 when I was told to make a choice to continuing seeing her and the stipulation was I had to go inpatient. Very devastating and have not seen a therapist since. It hasn't served me any good and having Borderline Personality Disorder makes it hard to find a therapist that cares about you."

The treatment plan was a great, amazing plan! The counselor helped me a lot with things like PTSD & with the grieving of my recently late mother who died of cancer. The location and office its self is very nice. Very family oriented and more of a laid back place than your normal counseling place. Leighanna is great and I would tell anyone to see her if their having issues. Highly recommended place for therapy. :)"
