"I wish a psychiatrist of all people would understand my anxiety and panic attacks won't go away by doing breathing exercises. I've been on klonopin for 22 years and that's the one thing that helps greatly! Then I told him about the abilify doing things that isn't helping but making it worse... And he just writes out the same scripts. I've gained weight and he said it was from my other meds, but I've BEEN on them for years with no weight gain. And when I looked it up it was a major side effect! Along with all my other problems with this medication! Sometimes, us patients know more than the people who are supposed to help us!"
