"Got ghosted by our couples counselor, Have called and emailed repeatedly over the last 2 years to set up with a new one since our old one is no longer there. In 2 years they have made no effort to provide one. None. Clearly they don't care about their clients. An individual counselor also left, with notice, and they still made no effort to provide with another one in the same time frame. Waiting 2 years for a counselor while they hire new ones over and over and advertise they are accepting new patients. Sketchy. Continuity of care? Compassion? Ethics? Guess not."

"Was a previous patient. And called 6 months ago and messaged who was my counselor and he said he wasnt taking no patients. So i got put on a waiting list. Called back several weeks later to see where I was on the waiting list. Said my name wasn't on no list and put me back on it! However they still have my records on file. Than I just called again today which been 3 months since i was supposedly put on a list that I was never put onto in the first place than she finds my records processes to ask me when iam available while i hear a guy in the back ground talking. Than she replys she doesn't know when I will be able to get in!!! I also asked if the counselor I was seeing is still there since he was supposed to be resigning and she told me he supposedly just started seeing patients again. Now I have trust issues and very esslier point put when someone is lying to me!! Which why i Need counseling however I would bet money that the councilor never stopped seeing patients!! If someone cant even get you an appointment with having how many counselors in their office. Clearly they dont care about helping people. Or care about patients!! Its hard enough to recognize issues and try to change them for the better or be better person. And to call and ask for help. Than have people make you feel like you on some kind of a BAN or DENY list. If your looking for help and counselor that cares about their patients. I highly recommend NOT calling this office!!!!"

"I have been a patient for a little over a year. The counselor that I have is great. He understands my problem and does what he can to help me. He never rushes me but takes his time to listen to me and is very compassionate. He makes me fill comfortable, I can talk to him about anything."

"Incredible experience! I think Dr. Carnevale is extremely thorough in answering questions that a patient may have. Also, when getting psychologist tested, the results are very, very thorough and as a patient struggling with mental health it is extremely appreciated. 5 star place and wish more doctor’s offices could be like this!!!"

"I do not live in PA and I had one of the therapist from this practice, Sabrina Steele, request me on Facebook to question me about one of her clients. While telling me she can’t give me any information. I am not comfortable with this, I do not appreciate it. It was very sketchy. It was not professional at all and I can’t imagine this is proper procedure. When I tried to contact this facilty to discuss the situation and their practices they ignored my calls ( easy to tell because of different area code ). Expect once picking up and hanging up. This facilty operates outside of their boundaries and is harassing people on FB."
