"I've had 2 surgeries with them. The surgical performance was excellent. The follow-up has been terrible. I've called 3 times to get a professional opinion of my issue (a recurring issue for which I want to learn if there's a means to prevent it from happening again). One is unable to speak to someone, can only leave a message. Call backs were promised within 2 days. No call backs occurred on the first and third of my calls. On the second, after explaining what I wanted to learn, I was promised a call back from the surgeon or from someone after speaking with him. Never happened."

"Had 4 teeth extracted today, staff were fabulous and I honestly am feeling pretty good. A little sore but otherwise great. The oral surgeon she was fabulous along with the staff in the room with me today. Would highly recommend"

"My face is permanently disfigured, all from a oral drainage procedure. At my two week check up the Dr stuck my face with a needle 7 times to see if I really had no feeling. He told me I needed 6 weeks more to heal and I said are you sure, he said only taxes and death are certain. I've been calling for 2 weeks now and he never got back to me. I'm 8 weeks out and my face is still numb and deformed. Scans show calcification and scar tissue"

"Very unprofessional office very rude staff! My husband was waiting for appt for over a year and when we finally came to be seen by a surgeon with severe pain my husband was told that his insurance is not active which is not true his insurance was active at the day of the appointment. So patient with severe pain was told to go somewhere else! Then lady told us that we have to self pay for consultation and then get reimbursed by our insurance company! Very funny place with angry and unprofessional staff. And apparently since when staff tell’s patient that is not their job to call insurance to verify eligibility!"

"I waited a month for an appointment , they told me my insurance was in network , it went downhill when I went to my appointment and was walked to the back room after filling out paperwork and was told privately my consult wasn’t covered and my insurance was out of network and they told me it would be 5000 dollars for two teeth extractions. Yes, 5000 dollars. The assistant had an attitude off the jump and was very rude as well as non sympathetic for their mistake which was so obviously unrecognized. To tell someone that’s waited a month and their in pain that it’s not their job to verify coverage when they told me I was covered in the first place and THEN to tell me it would be 5 grand is disgusting. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. I drove to a well known dentist in jersey and they told me 300$ with my insurance. Disgusting ! If I could give no stars I would ."
