SILVAGGIO ENDODONTICS

"This review is not so much about the endodontist, but about his receptionists. I had to see the doctor on a referral from my dentist due to the need for root canal. I had severe pain . When I called the office and asked if I could make an appointment as early as possible because of the pain , the receptionist Signa replied that she had an early appointment only if I had a doctor referral. (As I know usually patients come to their appointments with a referral.) But Signa said that she needed to see the referral . I said that will bring it in 10 min. She said ok . I quickly arrived exactly 10 min later with the referral in hope to make the earliest appointment she told me . But the second receptionist James refused to talk to me explaining that another patient in the far corner was filling papers out. That patient was amazed saying there was no need to wait for him because too many pages. But the receptionist told me to wait while he was doing nothing, standing and peeking around the corner from time to time. When finally he allowed me to come to the reception desk Signa told me that there was no longer the appointment we were talking about on a phone. Of course next time I will choose another endodontist whose team is more professional ."
