"Normally a good place to shop. However service seems to be deteriorating. Staff completely ignored me (no they weren't busy). I would suspect that on a Saturday, while shoppers are out, staff would be engaging the customer who came in the store to facilitate a sale, instead I overheard stories being told in the back and when one of the staff looked at me from the backroom, they refocused their attention on continuing their banter, ignoring the customer ready willing and able to buy. Unfortunately the store lost a sale today."
