"Had chronic low back and hip pain for over 5 years. Just after 2 treatments my pain was drastically reduced! It was life changing."
"Pretty sure they’re raciest. Very rude. I wouldn’t spend my money here"
"Originally had these guys rated at 5 stars after my first couple appointments with them. Until today happened. Now they get 1 (and that's because Google won't let me go any lower). Background: I'm a disabled veteran with some pretty gnarly pain issues and, a more recent development of nausea spells (among other things), who has been seeing these guys via VA community care for several months. Also, the cancellation she supposedly tried to reschedule was done so a full day ahead of time, so again, warranted no action against me. Mark's a great masseuse, but I can't recommend these people to anyone after being treated like this... I'm uploading screenshots of today's text conversation so that you folks can judge for yourselves. She never replied after that 3rd screenshot. I'm planning to report this to the VA as well. But felt it important to adjust my previously good review in light of recent events. It's important to note that prior to the appointment cancelled two weeks ago that she supposedly "tried" to resked, there were no attendance or responsiveness issues whatsoever. --- Edit: so after a few attempts, it appears that the screenshots aren't playing nicely. I'll get either those, or a transcript up asap. The TL;DR is basically that she tried to blame it on me getting sick during the appointments (never actually happened). I had 2 spells in their office, both AFTER Mark was already done. She also tried to blame it on that I never tried to contact them *BACK* to resked an appropriately cancelled appointment. I didn't try to contact them "back" because they never tried to get hold of me in the first place (ZERO missed calls/voicemails/texts), and we had TWO upcoming appointments already on the calendar (so I had to reason to expect them to call). So these guys just basically cancelled my upcoming appointments with them for no reason, and when I called them out on it they basically just laughed and said "have fun with all that red tape at the VA!""
"Incredibly friendly. Very knowledgeable and informative. I feel fantastic just after my first visit!!"
"I went to a chiropractor several times and two massage therapists for shoulder and back problems, to no avail, before a friend recommended this place. Treatment was much more targeted and effective. Aside from walking out feeling the best I had in over a year, which resulted in the best sleep I've had in a long time, I was also shown and provided illustrations for several specific stretches, which have helped me keep the affected area lose and much less painful."
