"Awful service in a psychiatric setting. My husband was discharged from service after missing 2 appointments; however, the office never answered the phone when we tried to reschedule or move his appointments due to a his work schedule. They never warned him of any pending discharge, never called, they claim to have sent a letter; however, we never received mail. They were just going to let him withdraw from his medication and refused any additional follow-up phone calls. Absolutely horrible patient communication and care."

"I regret ever recommending Deb to people. She was good while at Kreinbrook, but since starting up this practice, which she contacted me and told me privately to come to her new facility, she changed dramatically. She forgets what meds she changes, is always in a hurry and doesn’t truly listen to her patients anymore. She used to never jump straight to higher doses of meds, but now that is all she is doing (with medication that isn’t even helping the issues) to myself and friends who see her. Incredibly disappointed as I used to look up to her, however I am thrilled with the new psychiatrist I go to and the amazing changes and adjustments she’s made so from now on, I will never recommend Deb Coats again."
