"If you're used to talk therapy his approach may be disconcerting but if you trust the process, it works. I find I usually have a headache the next day, as did family members who have been treated by Frank. His EMDR coupled with holistic therapy has helped me process a lifetime of traumas. It's like lymph massage for your brain. If you've ever had lymph massage, it is very gentle and not like regular massage therapy. Feels like nothing is happening but the next day you feel different. It's like that. I recommend him to everyone who needs help processing trauma and I encourage them to not wait - he is a dynamic man but he's not getting any younger and I haven't found any other EMDR therapists who do what he does.
