"Beverly was nice, personable and made me feel welcomed. She provided helpful suggestions before my massage which I appreciated and asked if I was comfortable during. The reason for my rating is due to the following: my session was cut to a half hour. Her reason was she didn't want me to be in pain the next day?! We rescheduled for another day, 75 mins per her suggestion to have extra time in case needed to talk about anything. I come back and this time Beverly barely speaks to me. Not personable, no small talk. She finished before an hour. It was so weird. Maybe she was having a day. But for this I will not be returning."

"Diana was very knowledgeable and honest. My skin has felt the best it has in over a year. She walked me through every step and told me about the minimal redness I had after the treatment. Most importantly once I told her of my skin care regimen not once did she try and push or pressure me into buying the products the salon uses. Was so impressed I already booked another appointment with her!"
"I have been very happy with services at Medica. Both Beverly and Rich are kind and friendly. They have taken Covid precautions very seriously which I appreciate. Rich has been wonderful in working with me regarding my different health issues and is always willing to make adjustments to my treatments to try to achieve greater relief. "The first time I booked with Beverly, I was in love with the whole atmosphere. The room is just incredibly peaceful and the waiting room is just as relaxing. I needed a new therapist on the fly and she was there to help right away. I have been seeing her frequently now for a little over a year and still am wowed every single time! I plan to move away further someday but am definitely keeping my appointments as they are more than worth the trip. She is one of the most exceptional and caring people I've known and I am so grateful to have gotten to have many great conversations with her, until I fall asleep from the most wonderful massage!
