Five Below

"I think the worst thing is them stocking during the day. Its not like they bring out a small cart. They bring out big carts that are blocking the already small areas as you shop. It almost feels like your in their way by shopping. Also checking out is always a nightmare. First you gotta figure out which machine is open. But the last few times i went in all of them are closed and then a cashier is checking everyone out. So expect a long line. Why have so many self check if we cant self check."

"It can be a little overwhelming for folks with sensory issues. The music is extremely loud. Very bright lights. Tons of kids (having a good time, as kids should). Any 5 Below & some other stores can have this effect on people with sensory processing issues. It was an impromptu visit with my family that just happened to be after school let out. The staff here floating around & at the registers were VERY nice. No complaints there!"

"Always well stocked and very friendly. I find things here u don't at the other five below stores. They have a larger fidget area and works out area. Very small anime but none the less they have one. They really have a little of this and a little of that."

"This five below has more up to date items. They have so much of a selection at a great price. You may go in the store looking for 1 thing, but come out with 10. The staff are nice and will to help you. The only thing that stinks is the self checkouts. They have 1 cashier to help you with the self checkouts. They want you to only use the self checkouts if possible."

"Nice store but the employees are very rude. They try and force you to do self checkout and give you a snobby face when you want them to check you out instead. I do not like self check outs. They aren’t paying me to work there or giving me a discount so why would I want to check myself out? They literally just stand there all day and don’t really do real work. It’s sad. The girl literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her to scan my items, like she’s supposed to do, at the job she was hired for. Think I’ll just take my business back to the one in Wyomissing instead since this new one that was built is absolutely useless and pointless. What a huge disappointment !!!!!!! Never again will I come here."
