"Horrible experience with one of the counselors, Diane. The counselor had only been speaking with our daughter 4 or 5 times and made a rash decision, forcing us into a 302, which we complied with. When questioning the counselor's intent, she became very combative and unprofessional. At the evaluation, the doctor confirmed our opinion that the 302 was unnecessary validating our opinion that this counselor over-reacted with little regard for our daughter's well being. Diane disregarded the parent's opinion and input, adding undue stress and anguish to our daughter."

"The therapist Diane was incredible and the first one who my son ever connected with. But the office staff Karen and Erin are terrible. A bill was emailed to my son at midnight and then Erin called to collect payment at 8:30 am. Son said he needed to check with secondary insurance. When he called back and tried to ask questions Erin got very short and hung up on him. He called back and Karen told him he was being disrespectful. He then got very upset (he has PTSD brought on by being disrespected and treated badly). He will no longer see Diane because of the nasty office staff. He had another bill to question and asked me to cal for him. I have 30+ years customer service experience and I can tell you that Erin was extremely short with me and got to a point in the conversation where she just didn’t want to talk anymore and she became even more short. I don’t think my son is the only person at a therapist office who has issues with being treated poorly. All people in medical care should be treated with respect. But even more care should be given when dealing with mental health patients. For this practice to have unpleasant office staff is horrible."

I spoke with Erin and Karen over the phone who were very kind and helpful getting me to the right therapist.
