"I purchased a PS5 shortly before Christmas, 2 days later the system began overheating. I went back to the store looking to get my money back. Because it was an open box they refused, however did not have another system on the spot to give me. My only option was to have a new system shipped to my house. Long story short it's been two and a half weeks and I still have not gotten the system. I asked the store if I would be able to return the new system coming in once it arrives. I was told no. When I asked for a number for corporate I was laughed at and told good luck trying to get someone to pick up the phone as their corporate offices are overseas. My honest and sincere advice is... go to Best buy, Walmart, Target etc ... Those companies are dedicated to customer satisfaction and honor their policies. Trust me when I tell you GameStop does not. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience like I am currently living with GameStop right now!!! Shame on you GameStop for treating customers the way they do. I cannot wait for this nightmare to be over.."

"I’ve been going here with my boyfriend for past almost 4 years off and on through the years. Every single time I either have to deal with two different rude workers. The bald guy with glasses and the brown hair girl with glasses. We went there tonight my boyfriend asked about a deal and the brown haired girl with glasses was all cocky and then went ahead being more rude about us not paying $15 for a membership. I don’t understand how these people have the right to even work here when they treat their customers like straight up garbage. If you hate your life working there so bad then find a new job then treating everyone that goes in there like garbage. EVERYBODY DO NOT GO TO THIS GAMESTOP!!! Take the time to drive to a better more welcoming game stop with actual nice genuine workers. All the other workers are pleasant and nice but for some reason we ALWAYS get stuck with the same two rude workers, they make it feel so unwelcoming."

"I spent 211$ on a wireless headset and when I got home to try it it didn’t work. So I went back to the store just wanting to return it and get my money back. They told me they can refund me the money because I had opened the box. But everything is still in the box. I had literally put everything back they way it came wrappers and all and they still wouldn’t give me my money back! They sold me a broken headset and refuse to give me my money back.I called corporate and they just said there was nothing they could do and hung up. They are offering a gift card of lesser value which makes no sense. I just want my money back!"
