"Waited months for an appointment only to be told I was too complex. Apparently nobody actually looks at the mountain of paperwork until right before the appointment. I told them I desperately need help. They hung up. I'm sick of these junk practices. All they want is housewives with seasonal depression who can be given prozac and be happy. You mention PTSD, ADD or tx resistant anything and you get denied. I haven't had a provider for almost 2 years because of places like this. I need treatment, but I'm ready to give up because nobody cares about my well-being. If you are told a person has suicidal ideations and you hang up on them the blood is on your hands. Remember that"
"My psychiatrist is decent… Although I have been going for five years and we still haven’t figured out a good plan. The biggest concern I have is this past year my insurance changed. I verified with the office that it was in network. A couple of months later I received a bill around $300 and called. They said it was an error and that they would take care of it. I never heard anything again for several months. Then I received another bill for almost $700 I have called I have emailed with no response from a supervisor or anyone else. Now this is on me I should’ve called my carrier the first time I got the bell… But decided to call yesterday because I never heard back from billing and it turns out they are out of network . Which they had to know that they were out of net work! Why wasn’t this conveyed to me? Not only that, but for them to tell me it was an error, and that they would take care of. It made me feel like everything was fine. I’ve been dealing with mental health this year and I can promise you that this definitely does not help."
"This was a great place to visit very respectful an responsive within 24 Horus they would reach out to you The last 4.5 months have been tough we The have been hell to say the least Brittany cut my fiancé off cold after being on meds after several years and her team of doctors at children’s told her to stay on them meds well our daughter was born 5.5weeks early After several calls emails paitent portal reach outs they respond telling her to find a new provider Cold turkey on the appointment day as we all know it takes months to see doctor please keep in mind miss Avery was born very shortly after Brittany made the decision and yes we are looking deeper into that that as well. It years to find one that cares abt your health an you as a human . .summit never responds or when is good for them if at all it questionable i an I’m not trying to sound selfish but at times I need to speak with my doctor. That is my biggest issue because when you genuinely care about ones being we would be more then just a number or pay check trust me @200 a visit that adds up fast..My scariest issue requested refills a week ahead of time as asked in handbook an message leading to med refill. That service might get checked 1x a month they have a outside contracted answering service sub contracted to take our info an med lost down to out one reason it takes week or more to speak with your doctor also the hippaa law means nothing at this practice if I call it that the Receptionist and everybody in the lobby/waiting room in your business as dr Brittany yells it to her nurse amber she relays that to the front desk an the rest of kind people waiting their turn to be treated poorly. Please rember as paitants we have a say so in our care an what is done with our body doctors are paid well enough to treat the people like humans I would not send my worst enemy here I need a refill on all medications as we discussed please also a list of other practices bill is paid thankyou for the services"
"One of my worst experiences with a mental health provider, Dr. Nicole Fusca, inability to properly preform an intake by asking questions of a new patient rather than making assumptions and making rude comments. The ability for a new patient to recall events that occurred over 20 years ago is not going to help a patient who is currently seeking therapy for events that happened within the last 60 days. Just provides this business's approach to seeking every bit of past history about a new patient is not the best approach to helping a patient who is currently in need of some therapy to manage a current situation."
"Wonderful! I see a Psychiatrist here, who works WITH my own Psychologist from another practice. I cannot say more about the ease of seeing someone through their virtual visits, the thoroughness of their doctors or the excellent service I receive here. It took me over 1 year to find a Psychiatrist that accepted UPMC for Life Dual, but I found a true gem in them. You cannot go wrong here!"
