"The audiologist Tom Todd was very helpful in finding out just how bad the hearing was in both of my ears! Tom took time to explain how the testing would proceed and what the results were from the testing. I did not feel rushed and I had time to ask questions. It was "cool" to get to see inside your ears on the large TV screen. The other staff member was very helpful as well. I would highly recommend Audiological and Speech Associates! As Tom was explaining and instructing about hearing ads, I did not feel like I was being pushed into buying that particular brand of hearing ad or other hearing ads."
