"My son is 6 & his in home TSS missed over 20 days since July & then quit with no warning after telling my severely autisic child he was his best friend. And his on school TSS has now missed 11.5 days since she started in November. And there was a month long lapse in services so technically 11.5 days in 4 months. My son's school & i are begging for a fill in for her but still haven't received one & they have no replacement for the inn home TSS who quit in January. I'm just crushed for my child. This is not ok no matter the shortage in TSS. TSS need an incentive package & good pay. Maybe they care enough to come to work."
"Our children thrive on consistency and when the TSS misses 2 days a week or more and fails to do home and community hours they are affected. How can they teach these children to be productive when they can't even do they're own jobs. This isn't an isolated incident it's ongoing with multiple TSS. I will say the BSC's and MT's work very hard, but the treatment plans they develop are not implemented by the lower level staff. There is no disciplinary procedure bc they're understaffed and it takes months to get a wraparound. Just a lot of broken promises here. We gave this agency every opportunity and they just let us down time and again, so bad that the school called me at work, on multiple occasions to complain about the quality of the wraparounds."
