"I was working with Carissa from the Meadville office to get my Autism diagnosed, when she suddenly stopped returning my calls. I was told I was being 'transferred over' to Dr. Rob Iddings for my testing, but the date for the test passed by without me hearing anything from him or his office. I really need the diagnosis ASAP, but now they have two therapists leaving their practice for personal reasons and therefore do not have the staff, apparently. This is what I was told by a very sarcastic administrator."

"Alice sacrificed a chunk of her Saturday morning to come into an otherwise empty clinic to meet with my son for an assessment. It was very obvious she has both a love for kids as well as a passion for what she does."

"Seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I went here for an autism screening. I felt immediately dismissed as soon as I walked in. They asked me if I was there for an ADHD screening, and I suspect they’re the type of people that subscribe to the “women and girls can’t have autism” ideology. The person administering the tests looked me in the eye and told me I would never get better when I refused to share my traumatic experiences in detail with them. One bright spot is I talked to Alice Link on the phone, and she was brilliant, kind, and listened to me. It’s unfortunate that I cannot say the same about the rest of this office. P.S. I also tried to use the restroom here and it was disgusting and unusable. P.P.S. : I went here back in September 2020."

"Dr Iddings is a mess. Can’t remember to do anything he says he will do. I would never recommend him or his horrible secretary that doesn’t want to pass along a note to her boss that is very urgent. Urgency is not a priority for them and they don’t want to help with anything. Just another doctor out to screw people out of their money."
