"I had an appointment for 11am. I arrived at 10:48 am. I waited an entire hour and wasn't called or notified of any delays. I walked out at 11:50. I will not be returning as a patient. This is NOT the first time, that I have had an extended wait time but this is the last time I'll be expected to wait an hour to see Dr. Woods for a 15 minute visit. Might I remind all, that if the patient is 15 minutes late they want to cancel your appointment. My time is just as important as yours."
